A treasured landscape at every turn

These mountains are a living gift to anyone fortunate enough to call them home. They bestow their riches every day, season after season. Whether it's the morning song of Whippoorwills in the spring. The broad tapestry of wildflowers in the summer. The multi-colored brilliance of fall leaves. Or the soft, snow-blanketed hillsides each winter. This is the land so many of us have fallen in love with. The place in which we feel most vibrant, most alive. With room to breathe. And stretch our minds as far as the eye can see.

Preserving much more than the land

At The Preserve Communities, we feel an obligation to protect this cherished landscape: the majestic mountains, the naturally flowing streams, the old-growth forests, and the mighty French Broad River, ever-flowing in the distance. We are the caretakers of this land. The guardians. Our goal is to thoughtfully nurture the area's ongoing natural beauty-not only for our sake, but for the sake of our children. After all, we are preserving a part of ourselves, as well as the land.
